FOUNDER-SENIOR PARTNER
A Canadian-born entrepreneur, he launched his first business at the age of 14!
After graduating with a degree in commerce and business administration at the age of 23, he founded his first telecommunications company, which later became what Groupe Hi5 is today.
Driven and passionate in all areas of his personal and professional life, he then created Groupe IFR, a Family office Investment Holding, a company focusing on the acquisition and management of real estate assets in Eastern Canada. Known by his peers as being dedicated to excellence and creating value, his verve has always served his clients, investors and partners well.
His approach to investment and management is based on harvesting maximum potential while remaining disciplined in execution.

Paul Marx
VP SALES & MARKETING
With significant experience in multiple business segments and a master's degree in marketing and management, Paul has acquired the methods and expertise to help small and medium Quebec enterprises make the best strategic choices in terms of telecom and IT services.
Entrepreneur and quick learner, his objectivity and creative side are put to the test in every business context to quickly identify the best areas for technological improvement.
Rigour and creativity are the values he has cultivated on a daily basis for nearly 20 years.
To achieve convincing results, he puts himself in the shoes of his clients, advises objectively, and works hands-on with SMEs.

Julien Chatain
OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
As operations and quality assurance coordinator, Julien's role is to set up, control and monitor the progress of a project according to a specifications sheet while meeting every single deadline.
Preventing potential difficulties, ensuring and facilitating the collaboration between individual trades and their different partners, is part of his daily work.
His role also entails guiding and supporting our clients throughout the process of deploying technological solutions.
